·᠎英国伦敦大学研究团队发表在《柳叶刀·健康长寿》上的一项研究表明:睡眠不足的人,即使坚持运‭动,整体认知功能也会下降得更快。

·⁩؜UCL流行病学和卫生保健研究所Mikaela Bloomberg博士表示,光靠规律运动可能无法完全抵消睡眠不足对认知健康的影响,要想充分获得运动带来的益处,还需以充足的睡眠为前提。
